About Kahlua

Kahlua is one of the sweetest, most laid-back dogs you'll ever meet. She wags her tail when we laugh and is incredibly well-mannered. She's house-trained, crate-trained, and knows her basic commands, including 'come here,' 'sit,' and 'no, ma'am.' She's not a high-energy dog who needs constant entertainment and she's not interested in a game of fetch, but she enjoys a good, long walk with her favorite human. Kahlua can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but warms up pretty quickly. She's generally unbothered by other dogs and even squirrels, and she's been good with toddlers. At approximately 43 pounds, Kahlua is a great medium-sized companion. She was originally estimated to be around 10 years old, but her vet believes she could be either an exceptionally healthy 10-year-old or a very healthy dog closer to 5-7. Kahula would be perfect for someone looking for a sweet, calm, well-mannered dog who will enjoys long walks and then settling in for a relaxing evening.
