About Tara

(At Petco Leander, Texas) Meet Tara - Our Blue-Eyed Little Star Named after Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski, our Tara may not be doing triple loops, but she has already perfected a much more important skill: Making absolutely everyone fall in love with her. Tara is a beautiful Lynx Point Siamese kitten with those unmistakable Siamese blue eyes, delicate tabby striping through her points, and the sweetest little face. And yes'| those gorgeous blue eyes are adorably crossed. Crossed eyes can occur in Siamese and Siamese-type cats, and in Tara's case, they simply give her an expression that is uniquely hers. Sometimes she looks like she's concentrating VERY hard on you. Maybe she's looking at you. Maybe she's looking at the Churu behind you. With Tara, you may never be entirely sure. What we are sure about is her personality. This girl is incredibly friendly, affectionate and sweet. Tara loves people and has the outgoing, people-oriented nature that makes Siamese-type cats such beloved companions. She isn't interested in simply being the beautiful cat across the room-she wants to be part of whatever you're doing. Lynx Point Siamese cats are often described as combining the social, intelligent and affectionate nature of the Siamese with a playful, curious personality. Tara certainly seems to have inherited the best of both worlds. Like her Olympic namesake, Tara is also quite the little showstopper. Tara Lipinski became famous for accomplishing something extraordinary while still incredibly young, and our Tara seems equally convinced she's destined for greatness. Her chosen event? Competitive Cuddling. She's currently training for gold. Sweet, social, beautiful and just a tiny bit goofy, Tara is the kind of kitten who makes you smile every time you look at her. Those crossed baby blues aren't a flaw. They're her signature. If you've been looking for a kitten with Siamese beauty, a wonderfully friendly personality and a face you could recognize in a room full of cats, Tara may be your girl. Tara: going for the gold in the only competition that matters-winning your heart.
