About Sterling

Sterling is a handsome adult Shepherd-Chow mix that was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 9/24/26 after reports of a large golden-colored dog appearing injured or neglected. Although Sterling never had an owner or prior family come to claim him, his looks speak for themselves with most of his backside missing all it's fur and ears that were still nibbled raw from all the fly strike on them. Sterling is available for adoption or rescue and seems like the type of young man that would enjoy a nice relaxing home that offers a place to lounge with whatever spare time for pets & attention you have to offer.
