Sweet, resilient, and full of personality, He is ready to find a family of his own! He's affectionate, great with other dogs, and loves toys, playtime, and spending time outside. Kelsey had a difficult start. After being dumped as a young puppy, he was hit by a car and suffered a severe leg injury. Despite every effort to save it, his leg had to be amputated. He has adapted wonderfully to life on three legs, and his playful spirit shines through. Now Kelsey is ready for a home filled with love, companionship, and opportunities to play.
