URGENT MUST BE OUT BY OCT 22, 2026 OR PTS - Ridgely MD, a 2 year old Saint Bernard mix male needs a new home asap. UPDATE: No rabies and NOT-NEUTERED. Although not neutered, he does not mark nor hump. He plays with female pitties. No idea how he would be with a male, especially. not neutered. Mother was a saint Bernard and current owner met her. Terrible on a leash. Not great in the car but a couple trips to Mcdonalds for a cheeseburger or nuggets will cure that. Lived in a fenced in backyard and slept in bed with family. He was adopted as a puppy but the boyfriend moved out and abandoned him and the ex-girlfriend has to move and she cannot take him to the new apartment. 'Rocky is a 2yr old Male St. Bernard weighing approximately 135lb. He is extremely loving and very friendly. I always refer to him as my gentle giant. He is house and crate trained. He is great with other animals (dogs and cats) as well as people/kids. As big as he is, he swears he's a lap dog and is such a cuddle bug. Absolutely loves to be petted and loved on all the time. He loves to play fetch. Due to circumstances and my physical ability to handle him due to his size, i'm unable to give him the proper care he needs and deserves. Unfortunately he is not leash trained but with the right person and consistent work i have no doubts he will learn quickly to walk on a leash. He is so smart but always does silly things as any 2yr old puppy would do. As much as it breaks my heart to have to rehome/surrender him, he deserves a loving family with someone who can physically care for him (vet appointments bathing ect.) He's going to be a great addition to any lucky family that chooses him.'
