About Fifer

Meet FIFER - a 5-year-old spayed female German Shepherd. She is current on all vaccines, healthy, and heartworm negative. Fifer is a very affectionate and smart girl who knows her commands: go to your bed, sit, stay, shake, no, and OK. She is housebroken and not destructive, and she does well with dogs her own size. She would do best in a home with no cats and no small dogs. Fifer is being rehomed through no fault of her own: the family has an elderly loved one living with them whose very thin skin has been torn when Fifer, simply being her friendly self, puts her paw on her. Fifer means no harm at all - she's just being her sweet, affectionate self. Fifer is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, but she can be transported.
