Pedro is a sweet 3 yr old chihuahua who only weighs 6 pounds. He Does not bite & Takes a while to warm up, but loves belly rubs and being held. Isn't a normal Chi that barks all the time. This little guy was found on the streets of Fresno, lost. His owner didn't come forward for him. He's so sweet and just wants a stable forever home.
