About Depeche

Meet Depeche! %A4%90%BE Depeche's story started out in a pretty scary way. At only two weeks old, this tiny little boy was found all by himself in a residential window well by local animal control. He was much too young to be on his own, and thankfully, he was rescued and given the second chance he deserved. %9D%A4%8F Depeche was bottle fed and lovingly raised by his foster family, growing up surrounded by cats of all ages and small dogs. He's had plenty of furry friends to help teach him the ways of the world, and he has blossomed into a happy, sweet little kitten. Depeche was recently neutered and had his routine FIV testing done. He tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but because he was such a young kitten when tested, this result may be due to antibodies passed to him from his mother rather than an actual FIV infection. He will need to be retested in approximately three months to determine whether he remains positive. And if Depeche does continue to test positive, that does not mean he can't have a long, happy, completely normal life. FIV-positive cats can enjoy many wonderful years with proper care, and FIV is primarily spread through deep bite wounds-not through normal day-to-day activities like sharing food bowls, grooming, playing, or cuddling. Depeche can potentially live happily with other friendly, compatible cats. It's hard to imagine this adorable boy being all alone in a window well when he was so tiny. Now, Depeche is ready to leave that scary beginning behind and start the next chapter of his life with a forever family who will love and spoil him for the rest of his days. %8F%90 If you're looking for a special little boy with an incredible rescue story and a whole lot of love to give, Depeche might just be your perfect match. His life began with someone finding him when he needed help most, and now he's waiting for someone to find him and make him a forever family member. %A4%90%BE Would you like to meet him?
