About Rambo

Meet Rambo! Rambo is a young, 14-month-old working-line German Shepherd who found himself in need of a new home after his owner's incarceration. This young guy has energy, drive, and even more heart. What he's missing right now is some of the basic obedience and structure that a working-line Shepherd needs. Thankfully, that's something we'll be working on while he's in foster care. Rambo is house trained and crate trained, and he's good with people and kids. He can put on quite the tough-guy act when he sees another dog, but once proper introductions are made, he has shown that he can do just fine. As always, we'll continue evaluating him and making sure he's set up for success. Rambo is not a dog for just anybody. He needs an experienced, breed-savvy owner who understands working-line Shepherds and is willing to take all that energy and drive and give it direction. With the right person, we think Rambo has the potential to become exactly what he wants to be: a loyal, well-rounded companion who gets to be part of his person's life. He's young, eager, and ready to learn. Now he just needs someone willing to help mold all that potential into the dog we know he can become.
