About Riley

I cannot stress that enough. I need more than 'I want a dog, live in a house, and will love him'. Meet Riley, an 8-year-old presumed Aussie/Border mix. Riley is such a lover, an easygoing lad, who enjoys car rides, leisurely walks, and just being with his person. He never really caught on to playing with toys; however, I had a breed very similar, and after 3 years- a light went off in his head- and voila- all of a sudden he loved playing fetch. Riley was well loved but spent his days as a gentle companion with his owner, puttering about. His owner has since passed, and Riley finds himself in need of a loving home. His ideal family will have a fenced yard and just enjoy being a 'You and Me in Mayberry.' He has good potty habits and manners Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. Please prepare to meet in person without hurry and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries.
