About Haymish

���� This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I'm looking for a loving, experienced home for my 3-year-old, Haymish. He is incredibly loving, playful, and loves to run, but he is also reactive because he barks, lunges, growls, and may try to bite when he feels threatened. Haymish came from an Amish puppy mill, and I believe some of his behaviors may stem from that difficult beginning. Living in Downtown Des Moines simply isn't the right environment for him. He needs a calm home, a secure yard to run and play, and someone who has the time, resources, and experience to work patiently with him. He is up to date on all vaccinations and is very well cared for, including a healthy homemade diet. I love this dog with all my heart. Surrendering him breaks me, but I know my limitations, and I want to give him the opportunity for the peaceful, happy life he deserves.
