About Rue

Hoping there is someone looking for an amazing protector and fierce lover of her family. Rue is a 4 year old Bluetick Catahoula, fully intact female. She's incredibly smart, works hard when there's a job to do and then snores the day away otherwise. She has completed professional obedience training. We absolutely love this dog, we have done everything we can to make it work, unfortunately we just aren't able to. Rue needs a home without other animals. She's a fierce lover of her humans but is aggressive towards other animals due to how protective she is. This is a heartbreaking decision for us, because she is otherwise the sweetest, silliest thing. Please DM me if you are interested or know someone that would be. No rehoming fee, we just want her to be loved! She would be perfect for someone looking for a deeply loving companion and someone interested in scent trails, she loves the chase.
