I am a 7 month old Blue Great Dane/Mastiff mix looking for my furever home!��%BD%A0 I have been told I am gorgeous, darling, silly and goofy. Don't know what any of those words mean but I think they're good so I will take them!��%BD%A0 I'm a shy girl, under socialized early on so I am still learning to trust human interaction with people I don't know. I get nervous about life in general but I'm working really hard with training and socialization and getting braver and more confident every day. For now, I just need to get to know you slowly on my terms if that's okay with you? But��%BD'��%BD|once I get to know you, we will be friends for life! I do love to give kisses and if you have treats��%BD'��%BD|..well, I simply can't resist those and will take them gently from your hand. I've been told I have to say that you really need to have giant breed experience because I'm still growing like a weed with lots of energy and I will most likely be well over a hundred pounds. Bottom line, I'm a really good girl who is 'back of the pack' and just needs help understanding that the world and the people in it - can be safe. With patience consistency, clear boundaries and lots of love, I just know I will be a fabulous companion. I would love to find my furever home with someone who is active and will love me as much as I know I will love them. Could be a single, a couple or even a family with older children (little ones are a bit scary and I'm afraid I might step on them or run into them). Currently I weigh approximately 70 pounds. I am house broken, fully vetted and I'm up to date on all my shots. I walk well on leash almost all the time - still learning. I take long naps in my crate every day and I love nothing better than a good night's sleep - 8-9 hours, almost always without waking up to go out. Don't I sound like the perfect pup? Oh, and did I mention I love water!?! I mean, it's the bestest thing ever! I am a good swimmer in the pool in my mermaid life jacket (yep I look really cute in it!) and playing with sprinklers on walks is super fun, but my most favorite thing is to chase the water hose around the yard and try to drink every drop! I love other dogs, some of them maybe a little too much - sometimes they just don't get my wild puppy energy.
