About Sultan (aka Sully)

My name is Sultan, but my friends call me Sully! I am estimated at 10 months old and weigh 18lbs - so looking like I'm gonna stay on the smaller side. I appear to be a poodle/retriever mix. I came from a scary county animal shelter. I had a leg injury and was in need of medical care right away. The nice people at Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue didn't hesitate at all and immediately came and got me! My leg is all better now and I've had all my vetting done - I am totally ready to find my furever family! I know they're out there somewhere! I am very energetic and friendly and I will need training to understand proper manners. I walk pretty good on leash, but still need more practice. The rescue thinks maybe I came from a breeder because I really have had to learn how to just be a 'dog' from collars and leash walking to how it feels to have grass under my feet - I still have a lot to learn, but I have come a long way! My $550 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, neuter, grooming , deworming and preventatives while in our care, heartworm test (negative) and microchip. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt.
