Sweet, senior Bernice was surrendered, as her caregiver could no longer care for her. She was being treated for a skin infection that was most likely caused by fleas. She still has some dermatitis. She also has some scars. It doesn't take away from her sweet charm. Bernice has what is believed to be reactive cutaneous histiocytosis, which can be confirmed with a biopsy. Her skin lesions come and go. She is now spayed, had a recent dental cleaning, and is up to date on heartworm prevention. Cat/dog friendly. She has not lived with children as far as we know. At her age, she may just want to retire with some quiet, older adults. Shih Tzu 15 lbs. 11 yrs. Senior Citizen DISCOUNT Apply to Adopt: https://forms.gle/XULfWRjBrhKSEqHi6
