Reptile/Amphibian
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male
Meet Duke! This 1-year-old Dutch boy had quite the dramatic start to his rescue story. We received a call from WPLG Local 10 News in Miami about a rabbit who had been dumped right outside their station. One of our dedicated volunteers drove down to Miami at the crack of dawn to try and catch him, braving sunburn and then pouring rain before finally managing to save his life. Despite that rough beginning, Duke has bounced back beautifully: he's friendly, spunky, playful, and always treat motivated. If you're looking for a resilient, fun-loving companion with a story worth telling, Duke would love to meet you.
