About Benny

Benny-Shepard/Husky X Tan/blonde male, DOG 9-9-25 (Oct. 2026) 25# weight Contact [email protected] for an application Benny was taken into a Prison Program recently, to train for Therapy work. He's learned so much while in the program. He's house trained, crate trained. Knows his grooming and husbandry skills. He's also had obedience training! A real plus to someone who's looking for a dog who is off to a great start. Benny was shy when he came into the Program, having come with an unknow history, through a high kill mountain shelter. And a bonus...that beautiful pair of eyes, with one blue! The Trainer gives him high marks for being smart and quick to learn. Here are some of her observations...'he is the sweetest , loving, and silliest little guy that you could ask for.' He gets along great with the other dogs in the Program. He's not lived with children yet, to that is an unknown until he's in foster care. He is full grown now, at 12 months, medium sized adult. Benny's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
