About Charly-VERY GOOD BOY!

Curtesy post for German Shepherd Rescue, Inc., which Charly is being fostered through. Chicago Animal Care and Control does NOT have Charly. Following information obtained from foster/rescue org.: Charly is 8 years old, weighs about 100 pounds. Poor doggie was rescued from living in a junkyard. Described by his foster parents as a love muffin, loves affection, playtime, and being with his people, enjoys car rides, knows basic commands and worked with a trainer to get in tip-top shape, manners-wise. Does not like being crated, does well loose in the house and has never had an accident or been destructive. Charly is good with other dogs, but needs a cat-free home. Due to his prey drive with cats, and size, recommend that any of his fellow dogs be medium to large size. He does have some arthritis that is managed with pain medication and joint supplements. Please go to German Shepherd Rescue, Inc., if live within 2 hours of Chicago, website: https://gsrescue1.org/, and complete an application if interested in meeting this very good and cute boy and possibly adopting!!! Once application sent, send email to address below, to inform an application was submitted, so can give the rescue org a heads up, that an application was submitted, interest in meeting sweet Charly.
