About Jasper

Jasper is still a young dog full of puppy energy. I took him in as a rescue and he has been awesome. Unfortunately I'm traveling way too much now to properly take care of him. He is wonderfully friendly dog and gets along well with other dogs, can be skittish depending on how dominant the other dog appears to him. He gets overly excited when meeting new people and likes to jump on them because he is overwhelmed with pure joy. He loves everyone. He is a very positive friend. He loves chew toys and playing tug of war on our walks. He loves chasing wild animals and basically anything that moves. He loves everyone but can be unruly at first and jumps all over a new friend out of pure excitement. I'd really like to see him go to a home with a big yard or where he can be an inside dog. I hate to give him up but I travel too much and it's been a strain to take care of him while I'm working. He is somewhat trained, he waits for our walks in the morning and evening to use bathroom but don't think he is completely house trained as he has had accidents inside a few times. Jasper is up to date on vet visits and is fixed. he is also taking a flea and tick prevention pill.
