Axle is a 3 year old pure bred American rottweiler. He was purchased from a breeder at 12 weeks old (neutered). We had 3 older dogs (1 male and 2 female) and Axle fit in well within the pack and the home. He shows his belly all of the time for pets and loves all the attention he can get. He grumbles in communication, gives never ending paw and is quite a character. Axle is house trained, crate trained, follows commands (for the most part - he can be stubborn), muzzle trained, walks like a champion on prong collar and is pretty good with the e-collar. He is not dog or people reactive when on leash. He is food driven and a counter surfer for food only (soft muzzle used to curb this and works wonders). At 20 months old Axle and the older male dog in the house just stopped getting along. The dogs must be separated at all times due to the escalation of aggression. To note, Axle has never been exposed to small children in the home.
