Shams (Arabic for 'sun') is a male kitten, about five months old, whom I found abandoned outside my apartment building; one of his eyes was scratched open and he is completely blind. After a month on IVF drips and antibiotics in this fragile age of 2 months old, he is now fully recovered and healthy and looking for a loving home where he can play and purr happily. He would be best suited to a home with a young child eager to grow up alongside him, or a home with another kitten to play and burn off energy with. Shams is very curious and navigates quickly, despite his blindness. He is a bit startled by loud noises - which is natural for a young, completely blind kitten. The ideal environment for him while he grows up is an apartment where the furniture and layout remain constant, allowing him to navigate with ease. Shams is ready to be your child's best friend or a companion to another kitten, chasing after toy mice, hemp ropes, or balls together (born a footballer). He loves all kinds of food, as well as a spoonful of yogurt. He purrs loudly and loves basking in the sun. Shams would be your family's own sun. As the little Sun-kitten, I would fill your lives with warmth, light, and love - and bring plenty of smiles with my somersaults. I may be blind, but I can sense and understand everything! https://www.facebook.com/adoptmebg2022/posts/pfbid09Ef5qBNYs5YmhiNzx17xF1jK2YEjJz4ez7xGrvLYFWzkPvMyNasYkeFzRuAmePPWl
