About Dora

Dora is one of the unfortunate purebred schnauzers that came to us from Anaconda Animal Control last month. She was very shy as they all were. She had very little human contact in her 2 years of life, and her confidence around people is very lacking. Her looks sure aren't lacking, she is adorable.. she has great potential in a quiet home wirh another dog to help her gain confidence. She is now spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. What she really needs is someone to step forward who will give her some space but yet encourage her towards lap sitting and TV watching at her own speed. She'll probably hide for a couple of days when she goes to her new home and then she'll gain confidence and start venturing out. So if you're interested in this little 10 lb girl, please fill out an application from our website and we'll get back to you. But please don't apply unless you have the patience to work with this little dog who needs some human interaction from a kind person. Thank you
