About Jax

GETTING TO KNOW THE REAL JAX ժ Meet Jax! This handsome 7-year-old, 37-pound guy is currently enjoying some time in one of our fabulous foster homes-and his foster family is giving us a wonderful look at what life with Jax is really like. Jax is friendly, cuddly, playful, and wonderfully easy to have around. He gets along very well with the two other dogs in his foster home and enjoys sharing toys, playtime and even the couch with them. He's also happy to spend the day lounging around while his foster mom works from home. When it's time for bed or a meal, Jax heads right into his crate-he's crate trained and doing very well with his routine. He rides great in the car, walks nicely on leash and knows how to sit. While he hasn't met many visitors at his foster home, he has been friendly with everyone he has met at the shelter. He enjoys being part of the household and would likely do well with a person who is home often or with another dog for company. Jax does have a little personality of his own! He can be vocal when he sees people outside, so he's happy to announce when someone is at the door. He has had only one accident in his foster home, and he has done well since then with his crate routine when left alone. We do not have any information or history on how he would do with cats. Most importantly, his foster mom says it best: Jax is truly a great dog. ٴ %90%BE Jax Z 7 years old sЕ%8F 37 lbs. ٠ ID #61636736 %8DJax is still hanging out with his foster mom, but if Jax sounds like the kind of guy who would fit into your life, reach out to arrange a meeting with him! ե Citrus County Animal Services 4030 S.
