About River

River is a sweet, loving senior girl with lots of energy and an even bigger heart. She's a large white-and-brown dog who loves cuddles, affection, and being close to her people. River was adopted from a shelter, and we've worked with her through in-home training to help her feel more comfortable around other dogs. She has made progress and calmed down with age, but she remains anxious around other animals and cannot safely live with another pet. She does well walking alongside our other dog, but isn't comfortable sharing a home. River needs a loving, patient home where she can be the only pet. A large, secure backyard would be ideal so she has room to run and play. Most of all, she needs someone who will give her the time, attention, patience, and love she deserves in her senior years. River has so much love to give and would thrive in a peaceful, loving forever home. �%9D%A4��%8F
