Grandparents physically cannot care for him any longer. He spends most of the day chained up by house :( please help me find him a safe and loving home or I will have no choice but to surrender him to a shelter. He is very good with kids and can be a bit fearful of aggressive men. Loves little dogs and friendly bigger dogs and friendly cats.
