Thought he was German Sheppard but now we believe is Belgian Malinois. He was found about 5 miles from the Millville's airport in a location called the Decarlo Tract. Shelters near us are kill shelters and he is too good of a boy to reuse his life. We are unable to keep him as we have 4 rescues in our home now 3 girls and a small male. As I am disabled and my husband works, we cannot devote anough time to give him the love and training he needs. Any help is appreciated ASAP! Thank you in advance. We have more pictures if you need.
