About Shayla

Shayla is about 2 years old. If you know Border Collies, the way we know Border Collies, then you already know Shayla. She's sweet like she looks. Fantastic with all the other dogs here. She was wonderful with the adopters who have come and gone for other dogs. Shayla walks nicely on leash. And she's so great off leash! As of today, she understands my coach's whistle means 'show yourself!' and she abides. Shayla loves the water and is that dog that will lay down in a puddle... she'll get a bath prior to an adoption appointment! But not now! She may have a few hikes down to the creek in in her future. Since she got here, she has shown herself to be absolutely lovely! Her dog skills are so good, I feel she should be places with another dog or two. But we'll entertain applications.
