About Lola

Meet Lola! She is a beautiful purebred black Standard Poodle, about 60 lbs, spayed, and 6 years old (birthday in February). She is fully vaccinated (3-year rabies and distemper given September 4, 2026) and tested heartworm-negative on September 4, 2026. I have vet records available. Lola is a very sweet girl - great with kids, other dogs, her groomer, and her vet. She has never bitten anyone. She loves attention and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the day. Why we are rehoming: Lola is an escape artist. She digs out of our fenced yard and has learned to open gates, and she will not stay in a crate either. We have tried everything and can no longer keep her safe here, especially with a busy road nearby. She needs a home with a very secure fence and ideally someone who can supervise her outdoors - she always comes back, but we cannot risk it anymore. Lola would be happiest with an active family or retiree who can give her the companionship poodles crave. A securely fenced yard is a must.
