About Jake

Born April 2025 This boy is very smart. He taught himself how to get in and out of the house. He wants to know where I am and what I'm doing all the time. Does not like sharing me with the other dogs in the family. I think he would be happier If he was the only dog. He is very possessive of my time and attention. He inserts himself between me and any other animals that I have. He is good with the cats, although he does like to chase them when they are outside. He's a good hunter as he has caught many chipmunks that invade the property. He is a very sweet and loving boy. Wish I was smart enough to be able to train him. He tends to antagonize the other dogs of which I have two. An older beagle where she antagonizes into barking matches. That is most annoying and loud. If you are looking for a smart, affectionate dog, Jake would be it.
