About Francis

Francis is a total lovebug with a huge personality. She is goofy, cuddly, playful, and happiest when she is right beside her people. She loves belly rubs, snuggling, and being included in whatever the family is doing. She has grown up around cats and does well understanding their different boundaries. She loves playing with our confident tuxedo cat, although she can still get a little too excited because she is young and strong. We are rehoming Francis because of ongoing conflict with the female dog in our home that recently escalated to two serious fights. After speaking with a professional trainer, we were advised that rehoming would be the best long-term option. The trainer believes Francis may still do very well with a compatible male dog, although we would not recommend another female dog. She would also be perfectly happy as the only dog soaking up all the attention. Francis is truly an amazing dog with so much love to give, and we just want to find her a family who will love her wholeheartedly and make her part of the family.
