Meet Maddie ������%90%BE Maddie is a sweet Jack Russell Terrier mix whose story starts with a ditch - she was found there as a tiny 4-week-old puppy, alone, starved, and suffering from severe ringworm. She must have been put out, because no one came looking for her. But Maddie never let that hard beginning define her. With a little love and a lot of care, she blossomed into the gorgeous, gentle girl you see today. That tough start only made her sweeter. Maddie is affectionate to her core - she'll curl up beside you on the couch, follow you around the house, and happily hop in the car for a ride anywhere you'll take her. At night, she climbs into bed for snuggles and sleeps there like she's always belonged. She doesn't even mind baths - she just wants to be with you, doing whatever you're doing. Maddie is wonderfully even tempered: no drama, no chaos, just a calm, easygoing girl who fits into almost any household. She is great with kids and gets along well with other dogs. Fully vetted, spayed, and up to date on her shots, she's housebroken and crate trained too - she's the whole package. It can take Maddie a little time to warm up to strangers, so she'd do best with an understanding family who will give her the chance to learn that the world is full of good people. But once she does - and she will - you'll have a loyal, devoted best friend for life. She already survived the worst beginning a puppy could have. Now she's just waiting for the best ending.
