About Loki

Loki is a lovable, people-oriented guy with a big heart and an even bigger personality. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys cuddles just as much as a game of fetch, Loki may be your perfect match. Loki has spent most of his life as an indoor dog and is well-mannered in the home. He loves attention, happily soaks up pets, and doesn't seem to realize just how big he is when he's asking for affection! When it's time to play, Loki is all about fetch. He'll even drop the ball on command, making the game easy and fun. Regular outdoor play is plenty to keep him happy and exercised. He's also a vocal dog who likes to let you know what's on his mind. Loki is friendly with people, does well with children, and isn't a destructive chewer. He'll do best with a patient family that can help him settle into his new home. He has been able to stay safely in a yard with secure, high fencing. Loki previously lived with a female shepherd mix, so he may enjoy having a canine companion with a proper introduction. Senior for Seniors Program: Loki is eligible for our Seniors for Seniors adoption program, making him an especially wonderful choice for qualifying adopters (65+ yrs old) looking for a devoted best friend.
