About Pipi and Piper

Meet Pipi and Piper! These two sweet little terrier mixes were found as strays, roaming an apartment complex for weeks next to a busy major highway. People at the complex would feed them and make sure they had water and although several people tried to catch the girls, they would run off into a field which was known to have coyotes in it. Finally someone was able to gain their trust and keep them safe while they looked for their owners. No one ever claimed the girls so so instead of them going to a high kill shelter, we were able to take them in. Both Girls are a little shy, especially Pipi, but they are complete love bugs and sweet as can be once they start trusting you. Both girls love to cuddle and sleep in bed with their foster mom and dad and have learned to use the doggy door. We are currently working on potty training, so they will need someone patient to help them complete their training. They are very attached to each other and Pipi takes her lead from Piper who is more trusting, so they are being adopted together and the adoption fee listed is for BOTH dogs as a pair. Pipi and Pipers adoption fee includes their spay, ,microchip, Rabies shot, Bordetella vaccine and Parvo vaccine. They will also go to their new home with a bed or favorite blanket, collar, leash and when available a harness. *Application, homecheck and contract required. *Please be advised that our rescue only adopts out 100 miles from our location in Lake Havasu City Az since we require a homecheck and in case you and the pups are not a good fit.
