About Phoenix

Hi, I'm Phoenix! I was rescued from Bolingbrook Animal Control after I was found extremely thin and needing some extra care. Now I'm safe, getting good meals, putting on some much-needed weight, and learning what it feels like to be loved. I'm a super sweet baby with a gentle heart. Right now, my rescue is still getting to know me as I get healthier and more comfortable, but I'm already showing everyone just how loving I can be. I'm learning that people can be kind, food will keep coming, and I don't have to worry anymore. For now, my job is pretty simple: eat, heal, gain some weight, and keep learning how good life can be.
