Chong has literally been at the shelter an entire month waiting for opportunity to find help & rescue, and thankfully that day has finally arrived! Chong arrived to the shelter on 8/21/26 and has been held on an animal cruelty / neglect hold ever since. He has made a lot of new friends through staff & volunteers during his time at the shelter restricted from public view, and while everyone will agree his upbeat personality has been a delight to enjoy while at the shelter despite his hardships & ailments...
