Chance is an approximately 8-year-old, 10-lb Chihuahua mix who was found dumped on the side of the road, terrified and severely emaciated. He has come such a long way and is now a sweet, affectionate little guy who loves people and other dogs. PLEASE READ - THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Chance is a VERY HIGH-RISK ESCAPE ARTIST. He CANNOT be walked on a leash and CANNOT live in an apartment. He needs a home with a small, completely secure fenced yard where he can safely go outside. Thankfully, Chance is pee-pad trained and perfectly happy being an indoor companion.
