Meet Aurora (Ava) - A Sweet Pocket Pittie Looking for a Foster or Foster-to-Adopt Home! Aurora is a 5-year-old, petite, lowrider pocket pittie with the biggest heart! She recently survived a life-threatening medical emergency after being saved by 2nd Chance Dog Rescue and is now ready for a loving home where she can continue her recovery. I've been Aurora's temporary foster for the past week, and I can honestly say she is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. She is a true hidden gem! Aurora is: Potty trained and uses the dog door like a pro. Non-destructive and incredibly mellow. So quiet that I haven't heard her bark! Gentle when taking treats and knows sit. Affectionate and loves giving hugs. Happy playing with toys or simply relaxing beside you. Aurora would make the perfect Netflix and cuddle companion. She doesn't need constant activity. She just wants to be loved and close to her person. Aurora needs to be the ONLY PET in the home. She would love to have all your attention and affection to herself. I took Aurora in temporarily to help her during a critical time, but I already have six dogs of my own. I can only foster her for one more week. If I could keep her, I absolutely would! We are urgently searching for a committed, long-term foster or foster-to-adopt home in the East Valley, Arizona.
