About Spot

Spot is a 7.5-year-old Hound mix who has been with us for about 4.5 years, but due to back to the office policy and ongoing costs, we are looking for a new home for him. He originally came from an animal shelter and quickly became a chill, soft-eared member of our family. Spot is: �'ۢ Very healthy, chill, and affectionate �'ۢ Neutered, microchipped, and housetrained �'ۢ Comfortable with other dogs and does well in doggie daycare �'ۢ Managed with medication for separation anxiety �'ۢ Scared of lightning and fireworks (managed with a thunder shirt) He follows his person around and is happiest sleeping nearby. He isn't super food motivated and doesn't like confined spaces like crates. Because he can snap when he's not in the mood to play, he would do best in a home with older children, teens, or adults. His ideal home is with someone who is home often, such as a retiree or someone who works from home.
