About Marco

Nine years young and 7 lbs of pure charm, that's me, Marco! I'm a Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix, and a sweet guy with, foster Mom says, the prettiest brown eyes. I love being close to my person, and I like to snuggle up right beside you on the couch. Personally, I think laps are overrated. I sleep really well all through the night, and I'm good with other dogs, my foster brothers and sister included, even if my sister can be a little annoying. When she barks at the squirrels, I watch, but I don't waste my energy. I save my barks for what matters: breakfast, dinner, (I LOVE to eat.) and cuddles. I walk nicely on a leash, and I also like exploring my fenced yard. Maybe we can explore together? My foster mom is helping me learn good house manners, and I get a treat when I potty outside. Sometimes I lift my leg and pretend just to score a treat. She laughs and says I'm smart, but I still get a treat for effort. I'd probably be fine with older, dog-savvy kids.
