About Walter

��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F Meet Walter. A little boy with a heart full of love. ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Walter first started showing up around our area in February, but it wasn't until the past few months that he began hanging around more and more. Once we started feeding him, he quickly showed us that he trusted us. He would let us pet him almost from the very beginning. And when it came time to trap him, well... that wasn't difficult. This boy LOVES his food! ��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F But what we didn't know then was just how incredibly special Walter truly is. On September 1, we trapped him and began giving him the care he so desperately needed. He was neutered, vaccinated, had bloodwork done, and was treated for fleas and mites. Today, he's safe indoors, surrounded by love, and receiving ear drops for a chronic ear infection. Walter has two 'boxed' ears from those infections. Sadly, the damage is permanent, and his ears will always look different. But those ears don't define him. They don't tell his story. Walter's story is about trust. It's about a stray who had so much love to give, and who finally got the chance to show it. ��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F He is one of the most loving, trusting, and sweetest cats I have ever met. All he wants is someone to love him and someone he can love in return. He doesn't ask for much. Just a warm place to sleep, a full belly, a gentle hand, and a person who will never let him down. Now it's our turn to find him the forever home he deserves. ��%BD����%BD��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F ��%BD��%BD%90%BE Walter is up for adoption! He will only be adopted to a loving, indoor-only home.
