About Brooklyn

Brooklyn is a sweet, affectionate 6-7-year-old female Mastiff looking for a calm, loving home where she can be the only pet. She loves people and children and enjoys being close to her family. Brooklyn is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. She is current on all vaccinations and received her most recent veterinary examination in July 2026. Brooklyn has not injured anyone, but because of her large size, she does not always realize how strong she is. An adult who is comfortable handling a giant-breed dog would be the best fit. Brooklyn does not get along with other animals and must be placed in a home without other dogs or cats. Her current family has worked hard to help her coexist with another dog, but it has become clear that Brooklyn will be happiest and safest as the only pet. She is not being rehomed because of her behavior toward people-she is loving and devoted to her human family. The ideal adopter will have Mastiff or large-breed experience, a secure home, and plenty of love to give. Brooklyn deserves a responsible, permanent home where she can relax, receive individual attention, and be a cherished member of the family. A careful screening process and meet-and-greet will be required to ensure the right match.
