About Cowboy Carter (So ID)

Cowboy Carter's world has suddenly changed, and this little guy could really use some love and understanding. �%9D%A4��%8F Cowboy Carter is a 3-year-old Yorkie mix whose owner sadly had to move into assisted living. With no one able to care for him, Cowboy Carter was taken to the shelter. Right now, this poor boy is terrified and frozen in fear, trying to understand where his person went and why everything around him is suddenly unfamiliar. Cowboy Carter weighs about 17 pounds and is currently overweight. We're told that underneath all that fear is a little guy with lots of energy and personality-he just needs some time to feel safe enough to let that side of himself come out again. ��%90Z�%9D%A4��%8F ��%90%BE He is good with other dogs. ��%90%BE Cats are unknown at this time. ��%90%BE Children are unknown at this time. ��%90%BE He will need to receive his rabies vaccination before adoption. Cowboy Carter doesn't need anyone to rush him.
