About Rosco

Meet Rosco! He is a beautiful 2-year-old Akita mix (65 lbs), and he is ready to find the loving home! Rosco is good with people, but he can be a little cautious at first. He just needs some time, patience, and reassurance to feel safe and comfortable. Once he realizes he can trust you, his sweet personality begins to shine through. He loves to play and he is eager to bond with his person. He is good with dogs as well, but he prefers to be with his human. He is medium energy - he likes to run, to go on walks and sniff but only for a short period of time- then he wants to be back home. He listens well, housetrained and does well in a car. He is looking for a family to call his own that will give him the love, stability, and leadership he has been missing.
