About Lucy

I am in dire need of help. My mom passed away and she lived in Sun City with her 9 year old Cattle dog, Lucy. I am her son, Anthony and executor of her estate. I live in Washington state and already have 2 female dogs, and unfortunately (a super very sadly), I am unable to take Lucy. I really, really wish I could, but cannot. My mom's house has now sold and needs to be vacated by 10/01. At the very least I need someone who could foster this sweet girl until I can either find her a home, or figure out some sort of way to get her to Washington as a last resort :( ( I will then try and work with the Cattle Dog Rescue of Washington) I really want her to have a loving hime with room to run. She has not been able to have that, since my mom was disabled and my brother (who is in my mom's home and has been caring for Lucy) did not get her out for much exercise. She is a sweet girl.. If needed, I will continue to pay for her care and food. She has a monthly vet plan right now in Sun City. I am soooo desperate and really, really need help. There is no way in the world Lucy will end up in a shelter/pound, I will do everything I can to ensure that never happens. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
