Despite ending up in a shelter, Brian is one happy little guy who is ready for his second chance. He needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER to secure his spot on the transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on Saturday, 10/3. Meet Brian Brian is about 1 year old and is an adorable 20-pound Chiweenie mix, best guess. He is an awesome little dude with a big personality. Brian is super happy, friendly, and affectionate, and his tail is almost always wagging. He loves meeting people and is just a genuinely happy little dog who seems to enjoy everything life has to offer. Brian gets along well with other dogs and kids. He enjoys getting some exercise and playtime each day, but he also loves to settle in and cuddle with his people. Add in a few treats and some attention, and Brian is one happy boy! Brian can become overwhelmed in a chaotic home with lots of kids, so he would do best with adults or a calmer family. He loves being with his people and would be perfectly happy spending his days following you around and soaking up attention. At night, Brian is still a little unsure about being alone in his kennel, so for now he's sleeping on the couch. He may just need a little time and reassurance to feel completely secure. Brian is neutered and up to date on his veterinary care. We have not tested him with cats yet, but that can be done if needed. Age: About 1 year Gender: Male Weight: 20 lbs Breed: Chiweenie mix (best guess) Spayed/Neutered: Yes Potty Trained: Unsure Crate Trained: Unsure Leash Manners: Unsure Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Not test- can be if needed Good with Kids: Yes Brian is ready to leave the shelter behind and start the next chapter of his life. He is a happy, friendly little guy who would love a family to play with, cuddle with, and share plenty of treats.
