About DIAMOND

Diamond came to us from AZ Humane Society where she was going to be euthanized due to a minor skin condition and swelling. She has been receiving treatment and TLC and it is much better and the vet does not think that it will require ongoing medical. She believes the issue was the result of a cast or bandage that was left on too long. Diamond is a timid girl and needs soft/slow handling but has done great with foster mom. Diamond is mostly housebroken once she learns the routine and with regular opportunities to get out. She is leash trained and crate trained as well. She can be a bit bossy with other dogs so likely would prefer to be an only or might do ok with another pup who can hold his/her own. Diamond is 8 years old and around 13 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped and is otherwise healthy. Diamond would likely prefer a quieter home.
