PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Before you fall in love with Juggernaut, please be sure your home meets his placement requirements. - A private, securely fenced yard where he can safely run and play. Community dog parks, apartment pet areas, and other shared exercise areas are not a substitute for a private fenced yard. -Active family committed to regular exercise, enrichment, and safe on-leash adventures. - No apartments or homes without a private, securely fenced yard. - No cats. - No small or timid dogs. Note: Preference given to approved Texas and Oklahoma adopters. Out-of-state applicants must apply through their local IGRF affiliate. At just 11 months old, this stunning blue Italian Greyhound is everything you love about the breed-sweet, affectionate, goofy, and incredibly people-oriented-with an adventurous spirit that makes him an amazing companion for an active family. He absolutely loves everyone he meets, both people and dogs, and approaches life with confidence and curiosity. He's not easily startled and is always ready for his next adventure. Whether it's hiking, camping, road trips, or spending the day exploring, he's all in. Like any puppy, he's still learning to channel his enthusiasm, so he'd do best with someone who understands puppies and is committed to continuing his training while providing plenty of physical and mental stimulation. He's incredibly smart, treat-motivated, and has already learned to sit. Some of his favorite things include playing with other dogs (although he can be a little enthusiastic for very small or timid dogs), hiking, jogging, outdoor adventures, toys and long-lasting chews, car rides, and spending time with his people. He's already off to a fantastic start with his manners. He sleeps quietly in his crate all night without a peep, has had no accidents in the house, has mastered the dog door, rides beautifully in the car, and is always eager to learn new things. After a fun-filled day, his favorite place is curled up right beside you. As the evening winds down, so does he, and all he wants is to snuggle next to his favorite person. He's looking for a family who will embrace his puppy energy, continue his training, and include him in all of life's adventures. In return, you'll get an incredibly loyal, affectionate, athletic companion who is just as happy climbing a trail as he is relaxing on the couch.
