Meet Bambi! Bambi is about 2 years old and 10 lbs. Bambi looks like a Chihuahua Mix. Bambi is a typical Chihuahua and a bit unsure of new people and places at first, but does warm up quickly. Bambi's favorite thing in life is playing with other dogs. Bambi could play all day if she had a willing playmate - lol. Bambi does require another young and playful dog in her forever home. Bambi isn't the best at first impressions, but honestly, we can't blame her. She is a little dog who is navigating this big world full of the 'unknowns'. Bambi will bark and growl a bit at first, but it really is just 'puff' there is no bite behind it. Once Bambi realizes she is safe she settles right in. Bambi is extremely smart and learns very quickly. She just needs some space, time and patience and then she is the perfect little family member. If there are children in Bambi's forever home, they need to be dog savvy children, 12 years and up, who can respect her space and give her time to adjust. If your child is not able to do this then Bambi is not the dog for your family. Little dogs don't always love to be picked up, hugged, dressed up, etc.
