About Inky *dire need

Inky needs help! She is a 6-month-old Pointer mix puppy who needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER. Inky is spayed, fully vetted, and microchipped. She currently weighs 22 lbs. Inky has shown some resource guarding around food when it is presented in a bowl or similar container. However, I have personally fed her from my hand and scattered food directly on the floor, and she has been completely comfortable with me doing so. She is a sweet, playful puppy who can be a little nippy, but she also appears to be a young dog who simply hasn't had the structure, boundaries, and training that many puppies receive while growing up in a home. I believe Inky would benefit greatly from a foster placement or adopter that can provide consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement while she continues to mature.
