About Goose

Goose was rescued along with his brother. They came to us mostly feral, starving, and covered in ticks and fleas. We took them in, cleaned them up, and got the meat back on their bones. In the time that we have had them they've both turned into incredible dogs. They're around two years old, up to date on shots, and have been taking Simparica Trio. He was immediately housebroken apart from having a bit of a nervous/excited bladder. He crate trained with almost no effort. He's an incredibly smart dog and will make a special place in your home. Goose is one of the sweetest dogs.. as long as no other dogs are around. He was the runt of the litter and is much smaller than his brother. After first rescuing them he became quite the resource guard. He is one of the most intelligent dogs that I've ever met, while also being one of the silliest (that's how he got his name). While he is a high energy dog, he calms down great and loves to hang on the couch and laze around. He also loves to run, sniff around, and just to be outside in general. He's a very happy dog with a lot of joy to share. Goose is already neutered. He had a bit of a nervous bladder when we first found him and while it has improved significantly, he still very rarely has a little accident when he gets extra excited. He has no interest in our cat and often acts as if she is invisible, he's never really tried to chase her or interact much.
